The Job

  • Formulate and implement the customer service handling guidelines and KPI
  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer service centre (call service), ensure service level and KPIs are met
  • Lead the team to manage enquiries, complaints, refund, and product exchange in a professional manner
  • Supervise, monitor and drive the performance of team members
  • Identify possible improvement measures so as to raise service quality
  • Work closely with different internal departments and external parties for the complaints / operation issue
  • Conduct regular training, auditing and reporting in respect of operations and service standard


The Person

  • Tertiary Education with over 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years at managerial level in customer services industry, retail industry or call centre operations
  • Well-experienced in Inbound call centre management
  • Possess positive thinking and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skill and leadership skill
  • Able to work under pressure to achieve company objectives
