Objectives

To be the brand champion for the Mannings Brand in HK and Macau in terms of evolving and monitoring overarching brand strategy and brand health, brand gatekeeper for all facts of communication channels as well as in-store design, as a mean to strengthen the leadership position of the company in the marketing

 The Job

 Brand:

  • To develop and evolve the overarching Mannings brand strategy in view of changing market landscape and evolving company vision; to maintain and strengthen the Mannings brand’s leadership position
  • To monitor the Mannings brand in different channels of communications across departments
  • To keep track and monitor brand health including competitor’s movement
  • To work closely with Consumer & Business Intelligences team on brand tracking and market movement to come up with corresponding actions and plans
  • To manage and host of Mannings digital assets including FB page, website, Instagram, etc
  • To oversee the branding and VM in in-store design for maximizing Mannings’ brand stance in consumer touch points

Communications:

  • Be the channel experts in communicating the brand and promotions including online and offline assets and actively defining and deploying the most effective communication mix

Public Relations:

  • To sustain Manning’s brand positioning via PR, including CSR initiatives and facilitate different business units’ publicity needs
  • To monitor and develop plan against potential issues that might impact the brand

People Skills:

  • Be able to form partnership with different internal stakeholders in achieving the company vision
  • Be able to form partnership with different external partners including suppliers, agencies to work out the best for the company
  • Be able to develop respective team members in tackling the evolving market place

The Person

  • University graduated, preferable in Marketing
  • Over 12 years of relevant experience
  • Store strategic thinking, able to understand macro market situation to relate into micro management of the program
  • With good analytical skill in both qualitative & quantitative
    • Creative, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal & people skills
