Officer, Central Operations

The Job

• Prepare SOPs for new government laws and new policies
• Ensure the flow of store supplies & utilities in a timely way & invoice checking
• Prepare various working schedule to store team members to cope with the business needs & minimize any impact to the daily operations
• liaise with HR and L&D regarding the material distribution, data management, training course enrolment and arrangement
• Analyse stores MSP result
• Train and develop the Team members to achieve high quality customer service
• Handle customer complaint and compliment cases
• Ensure the message between store support centre & stores in a clear way & well communicated

The Person 

• High school graduated or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration. Experience in Retail or FMCG will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Familiar with MS Excel and Outlook
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
