Area Manager (New Stores/ Renovation Focus)
Is this your next challenge in Retail Operations?
- Lead and deliver new stores and renovations in related stores working with design, construction and planogram team
- Lead backroom optimization project execution and drive digitalization
- Generate sales by creating and ensuring the stores are presented in an easy to shop, logical, clean, attractive shopping environment, providing target customers with the highest retail standards
- Lead, motivate and coach a team to serve customers and achieve high performance with compliance
- Execute with excellence of display, shelving, promotion, marketing activities and key projects in all stores
Do you have experience in retail industry?
- Report to the Regional Operations Manager/ Central Operations Manager
- High Diploma or Degree Holder in Business Administration, Retail Management or related discipline
- 5 years or above working experience in retail operations or customer services in which 2 years’ at managerial level
- Experience in sizable retail stores is a plus
- A team player with can-do mindset
- Sensitive to numbers, adaptable, easy going and cheerful
- Proactive, fast learner, strive to help people and provide solutions
- Strong people management, effective communication skill and problem-solving skill
- Good computer skills on MS Word & Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
