Senior Operations Officer, Digital Business
Is this your next challenge in Retail Industry?
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the e-shop to ensure services meet the SLA
- Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and propose improvement plans for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement
- Monitor and coordinate with third-party warehouse and logistics partners to drive process improvements and streamline operations
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancement implementations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to management as necessary
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Do you have experience in E-commerce operations?
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Expertise in logistics and fulfillment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
