Retail Marketing Project Assistant Manager
Is this your next challenge in Retail Industry?
- Understand the brand identity and translates this to excellence in execution at stores
- Liaise with store design team on new store project management – from concept development to stakeholder alignment
- Bring in store digitalization ideas and the implementation follow-ups
- Assist in setting up strategies to enhance customer experience at stores, including new excitement and POSM improvement
- Assist Retail Marketing in driving guideline and store simplification so to maintain brand consistency at store and maximize operational efficiency
Do you have experience in Retail Marketing?
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, experience in store revamp project is preferred
- Visual Merchandise experience will be a plus
- Strong in stakeholder management, self- motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
- Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
