Financial Analyst
Is this your next challenge in Financial Planning & Analysis?
The challenge is to:
- Business partner with Operations and Project teams and provide sound financial advice, support and analysis to the Operation teams.
- Perform regular evaluation of store performance, monitor CAPEX, supplier chain and back-office expenditures, and ensure internal control is in place.
- Engage in month end closing, forecasting, budgeting and interim / annual audit process.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
- Conduct feasibility study on new business initiatives and lease renewal.
- Review key terms and conditions of operating contracts.
- Act as a Finance representative in various projects to implement business initiatives.
Do you have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis / Management reporting?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance, Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in management reporting / financial analysis; Exposure from retail / FMCG industry is an advantage, and Big 4 background is a plus; Experience in SAP/ HFM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders at all levels including senior management
- Pressure resistance with self-driven and process improvement-oriented mindset
- Passion in retail industry, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
